A portion of northeast North Carolina, including the following areas, Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Eastern Currituck, Gates, Hertford, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans and Western Currituck. * WHEN. Through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, urban areas, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - A nearly stationary frontal boundary will provide the focus for numerous rounds of showers and storms across the watch area. Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts.
