Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia. * Until 1130 PM EDT. * At 1053 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Berkeley Springs, or 9 miles northwest of Martinsburg, moving southeast at 50 mph.
