For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in the District of Columbia. * WHEN. For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, until noon EDT today, especially around the time of high tide. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to midnight EDT tonight, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 10:04 PM and 10:12 AM.

The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening. * AFFECTED AREA. Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Juniata, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin, Northern Lycoming, Sullivan, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster Counties. * TIMING. From 11 am until 8 pm on Tuesday. * WINDS. Northwest 10 to 20 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph, especially over the higher terrain. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY. As low as 20 to 25 percent. * TEMPERATURES. Ranging from the the mid 70s to lower 80s. * IMPACTS. Rapid wildfire growth and spread expected. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
