Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 327 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Centreville. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 518 AM EDT, Little Bull Run at Artemus Road is currently in minor flood with additional gauges in action stage. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. No additional rain is expected. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Cannon Branch, Holkums Branch, Broad Run, Youngs Branch, Bull Run and Little Bull Run.
