* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of northern Virginia, including the following counties, City of Fairfax, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. * WHEN. Until 615 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 327 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Centreville. Reston. Annandale. Springfield. South Riding. Herndon. Fairfax. Vienna. Lowes Island. Brambleton. Mantua. Dulles International Airport. Ashburn. Burke. Linton Hall. Oakton. Sterling. Chantilly. * WHAT. Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northern Virginia, including the following county, Prince William. * WHEN. Until 815 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 518 AM EDT, Little Bull Run at Artemus Road is currently in minor flood with additional gauges in action stage. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. No additional rain is expected. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Cannon Branch, Holkums Branch, Broad Run, Youngs Branch, Bull Run and Little Bull Run. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Bull Run.
