Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor. * Until 315 PM EDT. * At 139 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 16 nm northeast of Key Bridge, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel. * Locations impacted include. Fort Smallwood State Park, Pinehurst, North Point State Park, Hart Miller Island, Magothy River, Gunpowder River, Gibson Island, Baltimore Light, Bodkin Point, Pooles Island, and Sevenfoot Knoll.

Eastern Bay. * Until 400 PM EDT. * At 222 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 nm northeast of Tidal Basin, moving east at 25 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts in excess of 48 knots. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Boaters could easily be thrown overboard by suddenly higher wind and waves capsizing their vessel. Boats could suffer significant damage in high winds. * Locations impacted include. Greenbury Point, Love Point, Kent Narrows Bridge, Chester River, Sandy Point State Park, Severn River, Tolchester Beach, Matapeake, Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Worton Point, and Annapolis.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Showers and thunderstorms are likely this afternoon through early this evening.
