The areas affected include. Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA. At 446 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Nassawadox Reef, moving east at 35 knots. Locations impacted include. Hole In The Wall, Nassawadox Reef, Occohannock Reef, Rappahannock Range Light, Rappahannock Light, The Cell, and Gwynns Island Reef.
