Wind gusts up to 40 mph and heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near. Claremont, Surry, and Zuni around 440 PM EDT. Rustic around 445 PM EDT. Isle Of Wight and Scotland around 450 PM EDT. Jamestown and Holdcroft around 455 PM EDT. Williamsburg and Smithfield around 500 PM EDT. Kings Point around 505 PM EDT.
