Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected to affect the region again today into tonight. Portions of the area received 2 to 4 inches of rainfall Sunday, and an additional 1 to 3 inches is expected today, along with localized higher amounts. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Texas, including the following county, Newton. * WHEN. Until 900 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 903 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated minor flooding, however moderate flooding expected on Big Cow Creek possibly starting tonight this week. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. The creek will likely fall below flood stage mid week before increasing again late in the week potentially into moderate. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
