* WHAT. Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN. Until 9 AM EDT this morning, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 2.8 feet, flooding of some of the parking area near Dock Street in Annapolis may occur, with water surrounding the Alex Haley Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 7:00 AM.

Until noon EDT today, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides between one half foot and one foot above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 9:27 AM.

From 11 PM this evening to 3 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS. At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Another round of minor coastal flooding is forecast Friday night.

* WHAT. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Coastal Flood Watch, one to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE. In Delaware, Kent. In New Jersey, Cumberland. * WHEN. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Friday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Friday evening through late Friday night. * IMPACTS. At this level, widespread roadway flooding occurs in coastal and bayside communities and along inland tidal waterways. Many roads become impassable. Some damage to vulnerable structures may begin to occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Increasing onshore flow during the day on Friday combined with the higher astronomical tides will increase the potential for moderate coastal flooding with the Friday night high tide.
