Chester River to Queenstown MD. * Until 115 PM EDT. * At 1214 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Middle River, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel. Hail may damage your vessel. * Locations impacted include. Tolchester Beach, North Point State Park, Pooles Island, Hart Miller Island, and Gunpowder River.

Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 9:26 PM and 10:21 AM.

Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road and near the Tidal Basin. Water is expected to approach the curb near the intersection of King Street and Strand Street in Alexandria. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Alexandria is at 12:13 PM. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 11:55 AM.

Water covers the promenade in the Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 10:43 AM.
