Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The remnants of Hurricane Helene will continue to bring periods of heavy rainfall to the area. 2-4 inches of rain has already fallen in the watch area.
