The Riverside Park and River Road at the US64 bridge flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
