Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The remnants of now Tropical Storm Beryl will move across Arkansas tonight into Tuesday producing heavy rainfall across the watch area.
