Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA. Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-North Carolina border out to 20 nm. Coastal waters from Parramore Island to Cape Charles Light VA out 20 nm. * Until 845 PM EDT. * At 752 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near The Hump to Bluefish Rock to near Thimble Shoals, moving southeast at 35 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Chesapeake Light Tower, Latimer Shoal, Anglo African Wreck, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Cape Henry, Thimble Shoals, Kiptopeke Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Lynnhaven, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The Hump, 10 Nm East Of Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Cape Charles Light, Sewells Point, Cape Henry Wreck, Cabbage Patch, and Little Creek.

Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA. James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. James River from Jamestown to the James River Bridge. York River. At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a broken line of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Gwynns Island to near Poquoson to near Burwell Bay, moving southeast at 25 knots.
