James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. * Until 315 AM EDT. * At 203 AM EDT, thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Poquoson to 12 nm south of Burwell Bay, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include.
