James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. * Until 200 AM EDT. * At 1259 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Sewells Point, moving southeast at 20 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * The strong thunderstorm will be near. Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel and Willoughby Bay around 105 AM EDT. Little Creek around 110 AM EDT.

Virginia Beach Oceanfront and Rudee Inlet around 1245 AM EDT. Sandbridge around 1250 AM EDT. Deal Island around 105 AM EDT. Knotts Island Bay around 110 AM EDT. Buoy 4a Drydocks around 125 AM EDT.
