Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 851 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain fell due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring from Elizabeth City into Southern Camden County. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
