Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA. * Until 615 AM EDT. * At 408 AM EDT, a front was located along a line extending from 14 nm southwest of Burwell Bay to 7 nm west of Triangle Reef, moving southeast at 15 knots.
