Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Little Sioux River at Spencer. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 10.0 feet, The floodplain and some of the walking trails within Spencer city park are flooded. Some rural agricultural areas also begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:15 AM CDT Monday was 10.8 feet. - Forecast.
