Until 1130 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 941 AM CDT, Widespread river flooding will persist along the Little Sioux River. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
