Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 346 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - The first round of showers and thunderstorms produced 0.5 to 1.5 inches of rain. A second round of storms was moving in as of 346 am. These storms could generate another 1.0 to locally 2.0 inches of rain. This will likely lead to urban and poor drainage flooding.
