At 728 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lydia to 6 miles west of Pierre Part to near Morgan City. Movement was north at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. New Iberia, Morgan City, Catahoula, Patterson, Jeanerette, Berwick, Bayou Vista, Stephensville, Loreauville, Patterson Memorial Airport, Lydia, Amelia, Bayou Geneve, and Lake Fausse Pointe.
