Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 nm to 60 nm. * Until 745 PM EDT. * At 617 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Altamaha Sound to 10 nm south of A L T Buoy, moving northeast at 35 knots. * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Camden and Glynn. * WHEN. Until 830 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 628 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Brunswick, St. Simons Island, Dock Junction, Country Club Estates, Jekyll Island, St Simons Island Village, Thalmann, Sea Island, Waverly, Everett, Boys Estate and Dover Bluff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
