* WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Virginia, including the following areas, Albemarle, Augusta, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Culpeper, Eastern Highland, Greene, Madison, Nelson, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Warren and Western Highland and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, Hardy, Western Grant and Western Pendleton. * WHEN. Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Slow moving showers and possible thunderstorms are expected late today into this evening. One to three inches of rain are likely. * WHAT. Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE. Westmoreland, Richmond, Northumberland, Western Essex and Eastern Essex Counties. * WHEN. Until 5 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

Until 6 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, water reaches yards near Cobb Island and docks near Dahlgren. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 2:52 PM and 3:08 AM. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 6:46 PM and 7:02 AM. The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 2:04 AM and 2:24 PM.

Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 3:57 PM and 4:32 AM.

Until 6 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, yards are flooded near Charles Street and Williams Street in Solomons. Nearby parking lots and the streets themselves are covered by more than a half foot of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Chesapeake Beach is at 2:36 PM and 3:15 AM. The next high tide at Solomons Island is at 1:26 AM and 1:35 PM.

From 10 PM this evening to 5 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St. Mary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 1:58 AM and 2:25 PM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 1:22 AM and 1:49 PM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 12:34 AM and 12:44 PM.
