Westmoreland, Richmond, Northumberland, Western Essex and Eastern Essex Counties. * WHEN. Until 5 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

Shenandoah River at Millville affecting Clarke, Jefferson and Warren Counties. For the Shenandoah River. including Millville. flooding is possible. * WHAT. Flooding is possible. * WHERE. Shenandoah River at Millville. * WHEN. From Tuesday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 11.0 feet, A small portion of Wilt Road (County Road 9/8) begins to flood. Water also begins to flow over Millville Dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.9 feet, or 0.1 feet below flood stage. - Forecast. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 2:04 AM. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 7:02 AM. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 3:08 AM.

Until 5 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St. Mary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides two to two and a half feet above normal. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 1:22 AM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 12:34 AM. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 1:58 AM.

Nearby parking lots and the streets themselves are covered by more than a half foot of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Solomons Island is at 1:26 AM. The next high tide at Chesapeake Beach is at 3:15 AM.
