Portions of central and western Virginia, including the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Greene, Nelson and Orange. In western Virginia, Augusta, Eastern Highland and Western Highland. * WHEN. From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Another round of moderate to heavy showers are expected over the same areas which have seen recent flooding issues.
