Locally dense fog has developed this evening and will continue through the early morning hours. Visibilities between one-half and one-quarter of a mile will be possible through 400AM, especially along higher elevations and in the Susquehanna River Valley. Please use extra caution traveling this evening until visibilities improve, which should happen by 400AM. Increase distance between other vehicles and use low-beam headlights to alert other vehicles to your presence.
