* WHAT. Up to one and a half feet of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in the District of Columbia. * WHEN. Until 8 AM EDT Sunday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road, and near the Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial.. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 5:18 PM and 5:35 AM.

For the Coastal Flood Warning, up to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE. Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening, especially around the time of high tide. For the Coastal Flood Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 6 AM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 1:56 PM and 3:13 AM.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Virginia, including the following areas, Albemarle, Augusta, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Eastern Highland, Greene, Madison, Nelson, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Rappahannock, Rockingham and Western Highland and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Pendleton and Western Pendleton. * WHEN. Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The remnants of Hurricane Helene will impact the area through this evening. Heavy rainfall is likely along and just east of the Blue Ridge, and across parts of the Central Shenandoah Valley and surrounding high terrain.
