From 7 AM CDT this morning through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. For the Black Cypress Bayou. including Jefferson. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Black Cypress Bayou at Jefferson. * WHEN. From late Tuesday night until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 15.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 5.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning and continue rising to a crest of 16.0 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
