At 352 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Texarkana to near Lewisville. Movement was southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Texarkana, Magnolia, Stamps, Lewisville, Fouke, Buckner, Garland, Mandeville, Smithland, Genoa, Mount Pleasant, Mount Vernon, Lerch, McKamie, Cornelius, Spirit Lake, Piney Grove, and Mars Hill.
