The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and Liberty Counties. For the Trinity River. including Liberty, Moss Bluff. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River near Moss Bluff. * WHEN. Until late Friday evening. * IMPACTS. At 15.2 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:30 PM CDT Monday was 14.4 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage late Friday morning and continue falling to 10.4 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 12.2 feet. - Flood History. The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County. For the Trinity River. including Liberty, Moss Bluff. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River at Liberty. * WHEN. Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 27.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as roads into several outlying communities above Liberty are closed with residents in 5 or 6 subdivisions cut off if not evacuated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:15 PM CDT Monday was 27.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 22.2 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - Flood History. The next statement will be issued Wednesday morning at 1015 AM CDT. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - There is no current observed data. - Forecast. The river is expected to remain steady above flood stage at 24.6 feet. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
