For the Trinity River. including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich, Liberty, Moss Bluff. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River near Moss Bluff. * WHEN. Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 12.2 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 AM CDT Thursday was 13.6 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 8.8 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 12.2 feet. - Flood History. The next statement will be issued Friday morning at 1115 AM CDT. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Thursday was 24.7 feet. - Forecast. * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Harris and Liberty. * WHEN. Until 515 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 321 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
