The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County. For the Trinity River. including Liberty, Moss Bluff. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River at Liberty. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 29.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins as homes in several subdivisions above Liberty begin flooding. Extensive flooding over much of Liberty County can be expected with each incremental rise in the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 AM CDT Sunday was 28.8 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall to 26.3 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - Flood History. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River near Moss Bluff. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 15.2 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 AM CDT Sunday was 14.6 feet. - Forecast. The next statement will be issued Monday morning at 1030 AM CDT. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Sunday was 24.7 feet. - Forecast. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 24.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed.
