At 17.0 feet, Water covers low spots on Willard Lake Road and Village Creek Road near Lumberton. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 12:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Forecast. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.8 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:45 PM CDT Thursday was 24.8 feet. - Forecast. Trinity River at Riverside affecting Walker, Trinity, Polk and San Jacinto Counties. For the Trinity River. including Riverside, Liberty, Moss Bluff. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the West Fork San Jacinto River. including Humble. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Trinity River at Liberty. * WHEN. From late tonight until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 27.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as roads into several outlying communities above Liberty are closed with residents in 5 or 6 subdivisions cut off if not evacuated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast.
