The next statement will be issued Sunday afternoon at 100 PM CDT. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 7.0 feet, Water begins to go over Bigner Road into the saltwater barrier. Water also cuts off most access to the Four Oaks Ranch Road downstream of Four Oaks boat launch. Flooding of Colliers Ferry Park and secondary roads near the river can be expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM CDT Saturday was 7.7 feet. - Forecast. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park.
