At 1143 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near The Intersection Of Us-183 And Us-283, or 8 miles southwest of Throckmorton, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include. Abilene, Clyde, Haskell, Stamford, Albany, Baird, Throckmorton, Tye, Cross Plains, Tuscola, Hawley, Buffalo Gap, Lueders, Lawn, Moran, Woodson, Weinert, Putnam, Paint Creek, and Ibex. This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 276 and 323.
