* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Coleman. * WHEN. Until 1030 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 733 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Coleman, Santa Anna, Valera, Fisk and Hords Creek Reservoir. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. FM-RD 136 crossing Hords Creek, CR 270 crossing Home Creek, County Road 406 crossing Home Creek, Colorado St. crossing Hords Creek Draw, County Road 348 crossing Bull Creek, Liveoak crossing Hords Creek and County Road 300 crossing Home Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT. Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Coleman and Runnels. * WHEN. Until 945 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 640 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Ballinger, Winters, Maverick, Bronte, Hatchel, Norton, Benoit, Talpa and Ballinger Lake. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. FM 0383 crossing Quarry Creek, crossings along County Road 370, crossings along County Road 215, crossings along County Road 214, crossings along County Road 371, Ratliff crossing just east of Highway 277, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, County Road 336 crossing Big Coyote Creek and Juniper Road crossing just east of Highway 277. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
