Until 1030 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 733 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Coleman, Santa Anna, Valera, Fisk and Hords Creek Reservoir. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Ballinger, Winters, Maverick, Bronte, Hatchel, Norton, Benoit, Talpa and Ballinger Lake. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings.
