At 654 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Santa Anna, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Coleman, Santa Anna, Burkett, Silver Valley, Fisk, and Echo.

* WHAT. Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Coleman and Runnels. * WHEN. Until 945 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 640 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Ballinger, Winters, Maverick, Bronte, Hatchel, Norton, Benoit, Talpa and Ballinger Lake. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings. FM 0383 crossing Quarry Creek, crossings along County Road 370, crossings along County Road 215, crossings along County Road 214, crossings along County Road 371, Ratliff crossing just east of Highway 277, County Road 156 crossing Eagle Branch, County Road 336 crossing Big Coyote Creek and Juniper Road crossing just east of Highway 277. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
