Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Periodic showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce torrential rainfall. From 8 AM EDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of rain and occasional thunderstorms will occur today. Rainfall of over 2 inches within a 60 minute period is possible where thunderstorms train over the same location. Warren, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek, Warren South, Garland, Grand Valley, Chapman State Park, Starbrick, and Clarendon.
