Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Erie, Corry, Edinboro, North East, Union City, Cambridge Springs, Waterford, Wattsburg, Northwest Harborcreek, Canadohta Lake, Lincolnville, Harborcreek, Lawrence Park, Wesleyville, Mill Village, Spartansburg, Elgin, and Northwest Harborcr.

At 223 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles north of Conneaut to near Lottsville to near Smethport. Movement was northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD. Very heavy rainfall within slow moving storms. These storms will also have the potential to become severe with damaging winds and large hail possible. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Should these storms intensify, strong winds could cause damage to roofs, siding, and trees and large hail could cause damage to vehicles. Heavy rain could cause localized flooding. Locations impacted include. Jamestown, Olean, Salamanca, Wellsville, Allegany State Park, Lakewood, Falconer, Allegany, Mayville, Clymer, Cuba, Long Point State Park, Jamestown West, Weston Mills, Frewsburg, St. Bonaventure, Chautauqua Institution, Whitesville, Findley Lake, and Chautauqua. This includes the following highways. Interstate 90 near exit 61. Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 27, and near exit 29.
