Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Periodic showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce torrential rainfall. A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Columbia, Elk, Huntingdon, Juniata, McKean, Mifflin, Montour, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and Warren. * WHEN. From 8 AM EDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of rain and occasional thunderstorms will occur today. Rainfall of over 2 inches within a 60 minute period is possible where thunderstorms train over the same location. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Ashtabula and Lake. * WHEN. Until 1130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 854 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
