Nearshore and Open waters from The Islands OH to Geneva-on-the-lake OH. * Until 530 AM EDT. * At 401 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 23 nm northwest of Willowick to near Lorain Harbor, moving east at 40 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Western Vermilion, Lorain Harbor, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Vermilion, and Cleveland.

A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Columbia, Elk, Huntingdon, Juniata, McKean, Mifflin, Montour, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and Warren. * WHEN. From 8 AM EDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of rain and occasional thunderstorms will occur today. Rainfall of over 2 inches within a 60 minute period is possible where thunderstorms train over the same location.
