Nearshore and Open waters from Avon Point OH to Ripley NY. * Until 700 AM EDT. * At 505 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 20 nm north of Geneva-On-The-Lake to 10 nm northeast of Fairport Harbor to Willowick, moving east at 35 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Geneva-On-The-Lake, Erie, Ashtabula, and Cleveland.

From 8 AM EDT this morning through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of rain and occasional thunderstorms will occur today. Rainfall of over 2 inches within a 60 minute period is possible where thunderstorms train over the same location.
