* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie, Huron and Lorain. In northwest Ohio, Seneca. * WHEN. Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 741 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Elyria, Norwalk, Amherst, Milan, Northern Milan, South Amherst, Monroeville, Berlin Heights, Birmingham and Flat Rock. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information
