Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Periodic showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce torrential rainfall. Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce torrential rainfall. Geneva-on-the-Lake to Conneaut OH. Geneva-on-the-Lake to Conneaut OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border. Vermilion to Avon Point OH. Vermilion to Avon Point OH beyond 5 nm off shoreline to US-Canadian border. Willowick to Geneva-on-the Lake OH. Willowick to Geneva-on-the-Lake OH beyond 5NM off shoreline to US-Canadian border. At 1048 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent lightning. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 25 nm northwest of Willowick to 19 nm north of Avon Point to near Vermilion, moving east at 50 knots.
