FFWILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Southern Grant County in northern Kentucky. East Central Owen County in northern Kentucky. * Until 1145 PM EDT. * At 840 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include. Williamstown, Lawrenceville, Keefer, Cherry Grove, Holbrook, Twin Bridges, Needmore and Camp Northward.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 816 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include. Williamstown, Dry Ridge, Stewartsville, Lawrenceville, Twin Bridges, Cherry Grove, Holbrook, Needmore and Williamstown Lake.
