Patchy dense fog has developed along and east of US-1, with visibilities at or below a half mile in some areas. Expect fog to persist through daybreak, resulting in poor driving conditions at times. Take extra caution especially on high speed interstates such as I-95 and I-85 through the affected areas. Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Florence and Marion Counties. . The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in South Carolina. Black Creek At Quinby affecting Florence and Darlington Counties. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3. * WHEN. Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 47.0 feet, The access road for the wildlife boat ramp at Tar Heel Ferry Road may begin to flood. Lowland flooding along the river worsens along both sides of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 46.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 47.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
