The National Weather Service in Wilmington NC has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in North Carolina. Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting Bladen and Cumberland Counties. Cape Fear River At Elizabethtown affecting Bladen County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Cape Fear River at Elizabethtown. * WHEN. From Sunday morning to Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 27.0 feet, Floodwaters will affect farmers' fields adjacent to the river requiring the movement of farm equipment to higher ground. The lower part of Cape Owen Manor Road may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:55 PM EDT Friday the stage was 18.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Sunday morning to a crest of 26.3 feet early Monday morning. The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in South Carolina. Black Creek At Quinby affecting Darlington and Florence Counties. Waccamaw River At Conway affecting Horry County. . The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in North Carolina. Lumber River Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Waccamaw River near Longs. * WHEN. Until early Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Flooding may limit vehicle access near the river at the end of Big Gutter Lane and Doodle Hill Lane. Low spots on Red Bluff Road will begin to flood. The end of Vera Road will flood. Several boat landings will become inaccessible. Parts of Aberdeen County Club will be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
