The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North Carolina. South Carolina. Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting Cumberland and Bladen Counties. Waccamaw River At Conway affecting Horry County. Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Florence and Marion Counties. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock And Dam 3. * WHEN. Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS. At 42.0 feet, Water levels will top the navigational lock and equipment must be removed. Minor flooding will occur on land adjacent to the east bank of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 42.4 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 42.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 42.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
