At 9.0 feet, Water deepens on the lowest portions of River Bend Road and River Birch Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.4 feet this afternoon. - Advisory stage is 8.0 feet. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
